  • How do I find the product I'm looking for?
    Use our product search at the top of any page if you need assistance finding a product. Simply type a keyword or a product number into the search box and hit Enter. The page will display the results of your search, along with links to specific goods or groupings of products.
  • What should I do if my questions aren't addressed here?
    If you can't find the solution to your concern here, we recommend contacting our Customer Support Team at info@hicandyskates.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • Why was my online order cancelled?
    We occasionally have to cancel orders. This might be attributed to a variety of factors, including: Payment problems. We were unable to validate your payment information because your payment did not go through. Problems with delivery addresses. You may have supplied an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, which we were unable to process. Availability of stock. Your size was most likely out of stock before we could complete your order. You will not be charged for goods that are canceled. If your order, or a portion of it, is cancelled, you will be repaid for the goods that were cancelled. To find out why your order was cancelled, please contact our customer care staff at info@hicandyskates.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • How do I know if my order was completed?
    When your transaction has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This verifies that your order was successfully placed.
  • What if I receive the wrong product or order?
    If you have received an incorrect product, please kindly contact our customer service staff at info@hicandyskates.com and provide them with the specifics of your order; they will then assist you further.
  • What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
    To cancel a purchase, please send an email to info@hicandyskates.com, and we will respond as soon as possible after reviewing the feasibility of your request.
  • Which type of shoe size are available?
    All HiCandy Skates are displayed in EU shoe size. We also have a size chart available to help you convert from the sizes you're used to. Conversions may be found on our sizing chart here.
  • How should the roller/inline skate fit?
    The most important factor to consider when purchasing inline skates or roller skates is a snug yet comfortable fit. Check that your toes are not curled up in the boot and that they have enough room to flex and move. However, there should not be too much room between your toes and the shoe, and the shoe should fit your feet comfortably. The shoe may expand over time, so don't be too concerned about the snug fit.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery in Singapore. International delivery times will vary.

  • When can I expect my refund?
    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
